I’m just dropping a mail to say a serious thanks for all the info and advice you have given me with the motivational emails, the nedser melter and the bulletproof trial.
It’s really helped me focus on a goal.
If I’m honest with you and myself I’m no angel.
I have a shocking sweet tooth and slip now and again into having something sweet.
I’ve managed to supplement a coffee and bar of “sugar” for a coffee and protein bar (Carnivore Brownie – savage).
You see your advice that I took was not to set unrealistic goals so knowing myself for 40-odd years I never committed to stopping a sweet snack.
I knew it wouldn’t happen and that i would go back to old ways very quickly.
But changing one really bad one for one not so bad has helped me get on the ladder to better eating.
So the long and the short is after 5 weeks (at 6ft 2″ and broad shoulders)
I’m down from 17.5 stone to 15.5 stone
and my body fat is down almost 5% yet my muscle mass has increased by 4%.
The biggie is the inches off my waist and fat off my face.
I owe you a pint of (lower cal) Coors ;-)”
