This is probably one of of the most over-looked exercises in the gym.

And most lads who actually do it, tend to make a balls of it.

Any fella who joins a gym whether it be to lose weight,

or to bulk up,

will want to tone up their arms at some stage.

Nothing wrong with that.

BUT

most lads will focus only on bicep work, curls etc.

And they’ll often over-look tricep work.

Here’s one of my favourite tricep exercises I get the lads to do in Bulletproof Dad

Take note, because while it looks simple,

it’s an easy one to mess up (without even realising it)
