How do you defend the indefensible?
As a personal trainer I often get pigeon holed into
the whole weight loss industry.
Which is fair enough seeing as
that’s one of the major benefits of the Bulletproof Dad Program.
Only problem is the whole weight loss industry
has a shocking reputation
and deservedly so.
All these magic pills and juice detox’s
promising over night results
eventually adds up to a huge distrust for people.
Add that to the big anonymous gyms that give zero support.
Who do you listen to?
Who do you trust?
It’s tough because there’s so much conflicting information out there.
The bottom line is
if it sounds too good to be true, chances are it is.
Despite what these magic pill companies proclaim.
The fundamentals haven’t changed.
Exercise and eating well is what counts.
lets face it, you already know this.
But yet for so many, we still struggle to do it consistently.
So rather than focus on what’s the best pill to take.
Focus on how you can increase your motivation and accountability.
That’s what will dictate how consistent you are with your good habits.
Human beings become their environment.
So if you’re stuck in a rut,
look at your current environment
and ask yourself how can you change it for the better.
Focus on what counts,
and ignore all the hocus pocus bullsh#t.
Don’t let them put you off.
