I’ve briefly mentioned this before.

But one of the bulletproof dad lads posted this in our

BPD private watts app group yesterday.

And I wanted to share it with you.

Out last night at a 2 year old party at one of neighbours houses

Got talking to the father of the 2 year old

as he saw me logging/scanning the barcode of a Canada beer.

148 calls I think

Explained to him the block of training, group we r in etc,

keeping each other motivated

He laughed and dismissed it completely and went back to his beer

Thought about that after,

and realised we have something v special going on here.

Small, (elite?), focussed group of lads sharing a common goal

to turn into stronger versions of themselves.

Bonus is we r having the craic along the way.

We have an outlet from our own partners, circle of friends, work mates, family etc.

Our own little circle”

He said it better than I ever could.

The point he makes about having an “outlet” is HUGE.

Most lads are caught up in a busy cycle of work & family life.

So they’ve barely anytime to invest in themselves.

A lot of lads rely solely on booze or food as their outlet,

so their weight & their energy suffer.

It all comes down to choosing to make time for yourself

and then surrounding yourself with the right people

so that you have the best chance of succeeding

and keeping it up consistently.

And as you can see from the quoted text above

that’s exactly what my BPD program provides

Andrew “inner circle“ Lahart
