When you’re in good habits with exercise things are great. You look better, and feel better about yourself. Energy and self confidence are buzzing. But lets face it, there can be bad days as well. For whatever reason, you can feel tired, pissed off and completely demotivated. This where setting targets is KEY to keeping up the good habits. This why I regularly track all the lads bodyfat percentages in BPD. So they can set measurable targets for their block of training.Targets that they can commit and hold themselves accountable to.
