WTF is going on?

All these people getting into fitness

but yet we’re predicted to be the fattest nation in the EU by 2030.

So to answer the question wtf is going on…

See there’s no longer an INBETWEENER.

The combination of our modern sedentary life styles

and the sh#tty processed foods we gorge on

has massively accelerated this overweight problem.

And it’s only getting worse.

So basically your left with a choice.

Pay attention to the importance of eating decent grub

and making time to do some exercise.

Or ignore it & as a result suffer the consequences.

You either look after yourself or you don’t.

If you do, you stay healthy and lean.

If you don’t, you get fat and sick.

Why?

Because these days it’s considered normal to be a stressed out,

with no time to do anything for yourself.

Constantly eating bad food on the go, with no time to exercise.

Any free time you get, you wanna relax because you’re exhausted.

It all comes down to that choice:

appreciate accept and make time

or ignore and suffer.
