Full of sh#t test

Now keep reading before you get offended here.

This a genuine test to see how well your digestive system is working.

A big problem for lads that are in bad habits with food

is that they don’t eat anywhere near enough fibre.

Usually because they eat very little fruit or veg.

So how do you know that you’re eating enough fibre?

Without getting a dreaded colonoscopy done : 0

The test is pretty simple and goes as follows:

You use 2 separate scales

Scale 1 :

On average, How often do you take a dump each day?

Scale 2 :

On a scale of 1 – 10, what consistency is it?

(where 1 = very watery & 10 = dry pellets)

Your ideal score should be:

Scale 1 = Anywhere in between 1 & 3

Scale 2 = Anywhere between 4-7

Make sure you get a good mental picture of that now, haha

But in all seriousness, it’s a very simple way

to judge if you’re getting enough fibre into your diet.

If you don’t go every day

and you’re scoring close to 10 on Scale 2

then chances are you need to bump up your fruit & veg intake.

If you don’t like eating them,

juices and some smoothies are a great way to get more in.
