So week 2 has just started on my
14 Day Kick Up The Arse Program
and one of the dads involved shared the following
in our private group forum over the weekend:
“I’m not one of these people who has to let the world know
they’ve been to the jacks or
share a million of their holiday photos on Facebook
but I do want to share why I think this programme is right for me.
Yesterday I got bad news about the health of a family member so
Bulletproof Dad was very much at the back of my mind.
What I did find was that when it came to food I did switch on.
I didn’t eat a load of junk and are sensibly.
I even managed to have a couple of beers last night
and still came under my calorie target
and when I weighed myself this morning I’m a pound down.
This programme is for ordinary people who have to deal with ordinary
shit with ups and downs.
Its not for young fellas who can spend three hours a day
every day in the gym
or muscle freaks who want to bench ten times their body weight.
Thanks Andrew for coming up with a realistic programme
for ordinary people with ordinary lives”
