The reason you don’t

By far the biggest issue I have with specialising in helping

dads lose the belly and get back in shape is

you are all seriously busy.

Running around like a mad thing,

trying to balance your busy job with being there for the kids.

All whilst trying to keep the missus happy.

And because of all this running around,

you’re left with f#ck all time for yourself.

I get it.

But what it if you used the excuses not to make time for yourself

as a reason too.
